Waar Bookler past

  • Independent restaurants that want bookings on their own website, not on a marketplace profile
  • Owners weighing OpenTable’s diner network against owning their own guest list and data
  • Teams tired of reservation requests scattered across voicemails, texts, emails, and Instagram DMs
  • Restaurant groups that want the same booking rules across two or five locations — without an enterprise contract

Een praktische remote setup

  • Add the direct booking widget to your website — it works with any site builder
  • Set your house rules: party sizes, deposits, no-show protection, special requests
  • Bring your guest list — export it from OpenTable or Resy and we import it during setup
  • Go live after one or two video calls — no hardware, no installer visit

US workflow

How direct bookings work during service

01

A guest books or reaches out

On your website, by phone, text, email, or Instagram DM — every request lands in one queue instead of five inboxes.

02

Bookler applies your house rules

Party size, availability, deposits, timing, notes. Whatever can be confirmed automatically is confirmed; nothing slips.

03

Your team handles what matters

VIPs, large parties, and unusual requests get flagged for a person. Routine bookings confirm themselves, so your host stand stays free for guests.

FAQ

Vragen voor restaurants in de VS

Is there a contract?

No. Bookler is month-to-month at a flat $69 — cancel anytime. Your first month is free, so you can run it alongside your current system before deciding.

Can I bring my reservations and guest list from OpenTable or Resy?

Yes. Export your guest book from your current platform and we import it during setup, so regulars, notes, and allergies carry over.

Do I lose the diners OpenTable sends me?

You keep your OpenTable profile as long as you want it. Many independents find that most “network” bookings are regulars and direct searches they were paying per-cover fees for anyway — moving those to your own website is where the savings come from.

Does Bookler work with my POS?

Bookler runs alongside any POS — it doesn’t replace it and doesn’t require one. Reservations, guest messages, and your floor overview live in the Bookler workspace.

Who sets it up, and what about support?

Setup is one or two video calls with the team that builds the product — no hardware, no installer. After that you get real phone and chat support, and if your restaurant needs something Bookler doesn’t do yet — an integration, a custom workflow — we build it with you.

Is Bookler a marketplace like OpenTable?

No. There is no consumer app and no commission. Diners book on your website, and you own every reservation and all guest data. We’re not just another reservation platform — we work like part of your team and build what your restaurant needs.

Bookler testen met een US restaurantworkflow?

We kunnen starten met een realistisch reserveringsscenario en laten zien hoe directe boekingen, berichten, regels en menselijke overdracht werken.
