How does the AI connect to my email and WhatsApp?

You can connect reservation messages through the setup flow we support for your restaurant. We help you configure email and WhatsApp handling before it goes live.

What if it gets something wrong?

The agent only acts within rules you define. Edge cases such as allergies, larger parties or unclear requests can be flagged for your team before anything is confirmed.

Which languages does it speak?

It replies in the language a guest writes in — English, Italian, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch out of the box. You can add house phrases in the Voice settings.

Do you charge per cover?

No. Pro is €65/month excl. VAT after your first free month, no matter how many guests you serve. Business is custom for groups that need explicit terms.

Can I keep my existing booking widget?

Yes. You can start with the AI agent alongside your existing widget, or switch to the Bookler widget when your team is ready.

Can Bookler fit our current workflow?

Yes. If your setup is simple, we keep it simple. If you already use specific apps, inboxes, WhatsApp routines, spreadsheets, or team habits, we can connect and adapt Bookler around them.

Can guests still talk to a human?

Always. The AI hands off cleanly when it should, and your team can jump into any thread mid-conversation. Guests don’t notice.

Is Bookler suitable for small restaurants?

Yes. Bookler is designed for independent restaurants and small teams that want direct bookings, fewer admin interruptions and predictable pricing.

Is it hard to switch from another reservation system?

No. You can start with one part of Bookler first, then connect more channels once your team is comfortable.
